These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website https://bogumila.me/ and the accommodation services offered by Bogumila.

Who we are

Bogumila is a small, privately owned guesthouse located in Utjeha, Uvala Maslina BB, 85356 Bar, Montenegro. All reservation requests made through this website are handled manually by the owners. You can contact us at: bogumila.utjeha@gmail.com.

Reservations

All bookings made through this website are reservation requests only and do not constitute a binding contract. A reservation is considered confirmed only after explicit acceptance by the owners via email or direct communication.
Bogumila does not operate an automated booking or payment system.

Payments and early departure

The accommodation fee is payable upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance. If a guest decides to leave earlier than planned, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the stay.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in begins at 12:00 on the first day of stay. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the last day of stay, unless otherwise agreed with the owners.

House rules and quiet hours

Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 08:00. During this period, guests are expected to respect peace and silence for the comfort of other guests and the surrounding area.
Guests may use all appliances and equipment provided in the accommodation units responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
Accommodation units are thoroughly cleaned between guest stays or every seven days during longer stays.

Registered guests only

Only guests who are properly registered are permitted to stay overnight. The presence or overnight stay of unregistered persons is not allowed.

Pets

Pets are not allowed without the prior and explicit consent of the owners.

Personal belongings and liability

The owners are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. However, reasonable care will be taken to ensure guest safety and to inform guests of any known risks or potential hazards.

Damage to property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, whether intentional or accidental. The full cost of repair or replacement must be compensated.
On the day of departure, guests are required to allow the owners to inspect the accommodation unit and its equipment, in the guest’s presence where possible, to confirm that no damage has occurred.

Right of access

The owners reserve the right to enter the accommodation unit in the guest’s absence in exceptional circumstances, when such access is necessary to prevent damage, resolve technical issues, or avoid potential danger.
Whenever possible, guests will be informed of the reason and timing of such entry.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.
